A Zakynthos water park gives a day of slides, pools and spray games away from the beaches of the island. Plan more days around the country on Greece Tours.
Below are the island’s two parks, their rides, the tickets, the way there, the opening hours, the children’s areas and the questions families ask.
What is a Zakynthos water park?
A Zakynthos water park is a park of slides, pools and play areas for a day away from the beach. The island has two: Zante Water Village in Sarakinado, on the south-east side, and Tsilivi Water Park in Tsilivi.
Zante Water Village stands on a plot of 40,000 square metres in the village of Sarakinado. Its own site calls it one of the largest water parks in Greece. The park groups its rides on towers, with pools and a lazy river between them.
Tsilivi Water Park lies in the resort of Tsilivi, behind one of the island’s long, organised beaches. Its site describes a park built in a natural setting, where trees and plants were kept in place. This Zakynthos water park mixes big slides with a separate children’s pool zone.
Tsilivi Water Park belongs to a local family that has run hotels on the island for over 30 years. Its site calls the park a place for fun and rest, open to visitors and island residents alike.
Both parks open in the warm season and sell meals inside, which lets a visit fill the day. Plan the rest of your stay on our Zakynthos page.
Which Zakynthos water park tickets can you book?
You can book a Zante Water Village admission ticket online, with or without return transfers. At the gate, Zante Water Village sells full-day, half-day, one-week and all-summer tickets. Tsilivi Water Park lists no ticket types on its site.
Two bookable tickets cover the larger Zakynthos water park:
- Admission ticket: entry to Zante Water Village for the day.
- Admission ticket with transfers: entry plus the ride to and from the park.
The park’s own price list shows four ticket types. The full-day ticket covers opening to closing. The half-day ticket starts after 14:30. The one-week pass gives unlimited visits for a week. The all-summer pass gives unlimited visits for the whole season.
Both passes add a discount food coupon and a free locker key, while lockers last. Groups of more than 10 people get a group discount. Children under 4 enter free. Children over 12 pay the adult rate and can use every ride.
The park states that you do not need to pre-book, because there is always space. Its online coupon reserves a place with a name and an email. You then pay on arrival by cash or card and show the coupon on paper or on a phone.
